You may download and fill out the application prior to your child's one-on-one meeting with one of our instructors.

How do I apply for my 4 year old son or daughter to start in the Little Dragons Class?
You may call and set up an appointment for you child to be tested on either Mondays or Wednesdays to detemine his level of qualification. Once your child qualifies, you may fill out an Application and hand it to the administration.
